Crossdressing is the act of wearing clothes not commonly associated with your biological gender in your particular culture. Taking this in mind, if you are a male wearing womens clothing you are crossdressing (or the other way around for females), however, this does not necessarily make you a "crossdresser" in the same sense as someone who actively makes it a part of her/his lifestyle.
It's clothing. The question is WHY is a man wearing women's clothing that is important. Is it a Halloween costume? What are the emotions attached to wearing women's clothing. Is the man happy but feels guilt or depression because of a social stigma behind it? This is my opinion as a woman.
