Only by getting married or joining the military, both of which require parental consent. OH does not have an emancipation statute (not all states have one), so there is no legal process in place through which a minor can petition the court for emancipation.

Ohio: If you are 18 to 21 years of age, you will need to show your birth certificate. Persons aged 16-17 must have consent to marry from parents or legal guardians and may have to contact the Probate Court. Additionally, the Judge may require the minors to state that they have received marriage counseling that is satisfactory to the court. Section 3101.05 also mentions how the court will deal with a pregnant minor.

But, why would you want to? See related link

Yes. The 19yo will have to show his birth certificate and the 17yo need consent from her parents or legal guardians and might have to contact the Probate Court. The Judge can also require the minors to state that they have received marriage counseling that is satisfactory to the court.

In general:

1. They must live in a state where emancipation is allowed. Only about two thirds of the states have any sort of emancipation statute.

2. They must meet the requirements set for emancipation. Most of them include the ability to make good decisions as evidenced by character references and their history. A criminal record is not a positive.

3. They other key is that they must be able to support themselves as evidenced by a job or sufficient monetary assets to prevent them being a burden on society.

4. Parents must be informed of the application.

No, Ohio does not have laws that make exceptions to the necessity of having parental consent to be married when it pertains to the pregnancy of a minor. In some cases the court will intervene on the minor's behalf to waive the parental consent law. The minor should contact the office of the clerk of the circuit or county court in the city or county of residence.
