Answer You probably have 2 problems...1, the speedometer itself or the cable. 2, The fuel gauge or sensor. If the speedometer isn't functioning the odometer won't work... The sensor for the fuel level located in the fuel tank is a very common problem, it either dies or won't register above 1/2 tank even when full......The techometer is not connected to these other gauges but rather straight to the distributor circuit...
