It is not a scam and really has a comprehensive curriculum of how to use affiliate marketing to start an online business. They cover almost every aspect of running this kind of business, such as article marketing, SEO, PPC advertising, site building, niche research, Keyword research and much more.It is not for everyone, since online marketing is very competitive and takes a lot of hard work but at the same time it is definitely not a scam.

In my opinion, marketing to everyone is not that effective; as the effective marketing activities should be targeted to the product's target group, or it will be waste of money. For example, a marketing campaign of a rolls Royce car will be effective if targeted to the highest class of the market (upper class A, or what's known as "niche market"), but if targeted to everyone, that would be a huge waste of money to target people who are not my real customer, or potential customer.

competitive exclusion is when two species compete for the same resources that will be suited to the niche to another niche or extinction.
In most uses, "niche" is a noun. Nouns refer to a person, place, or thing. A niche is a thing. However, there are occasions when "niche" gets used as an adjective. In the phrase "niche marketing," "niche" modifies :marketing," so it's an adjective in that usage.

What defines the members of a niche market is not the market size, but some unique characteristic shared by all members of that niche market. Marketers then use that to inform decision-making about marketing strategy and develop tactics to understand the consumer needs of that group then create marketing plans to target that niche group. Niche marketing is the resulting tactic of implementing marketing strategies specifically for targeting a niche market segment, often by capitalizing on the presence of a unique characteristic of that market. For example, the market for people aged over 55 is one example of a 'niche market'. Similarly the African-American market is a 'niche' market, even though it is a large group of consumers. The gay market is another niche market group of millions of consumers around the world. So-called 'grey' marketing, African- American marketing and gay marketing are examples of the resulting marketing strategies that result from defining segments by way of niche market approaches. Niche marketing has been shown to be a very effective means for mass market brands to seek to better position their products and services to appeal to niche market consumers.

Common marketing strategies depend on the size of the company. Smaller companies generally try to advertise in a certain niche or local area. Larger companies use internet and television advertisements to reach a larger audience.

He removed the lower barnacles who had already reached their fundamental niche. This lead the upper barnacles (the less competitive) who had not reached their full fundamental niche to spread out and moved down. Since the more competitive barnacles had been removed the less competitive barnacles could reach their Full fundamental niche, not just a subset of their fundamental niche. This lead to the conclusion that "interspecific competition is important in structuring communities."From your friendly DISPers.
