The answer is false! because the Deboers went against the Iowa Courts refusing to return Jessica when she was little over a year old to her father and the Deboers didn't even show up for the court ordered hearing in Iowa on how the transfer of Jessica would take place. The courts in Iowa issued arrest warrants and high dollar fines on each of the Deboers. The Deboers ran to the Michigan courts hoping they could win Jessica in their home state and keep Jessica on grounds best interest. The transfer of Jessica had to happen in Michigan because the Iowa courts wouldn't drop the charges against the Deboers for not returning the infant to her father and the Deboers could have been arrested if caught in Iowa. On Aug 2,1993 after Jessica was given back to her parents and flown back to Iowa and now living with her natural parents, the Iowa courts later dropped the charges against the Deboers since Jessica was now returned as ordered.
No....she doesn't remember them.
There are no photos of Steve Jobs' adoptive parents publicly available online. His adoptive parents have both passed away. To see a photo of his biological parents, see the related link.
No, legally they are both the parents.
Tarzan's adoptive parent in the book was a female ape named Kala.
Adoptive parent. Once a child has been adopted, his adoptive parents are his parents, period. It is as though he had been born to them. He no longer has ANY legal relationship to his birth parents; he has no claim on them nor they on him.
An orphanage or adoptive parents.
His adoptive father was a machinist and his adoptive mother was an accountant. - wrong again.
This happens differently in different versions. In the older stories- both of his adoptive parents pass away before he sets out to be on his own. Then it started being where his adoptive father passed away and his adoptive mother would be around for a few more years. Now it usually is where both of his adoptive parents are still around to the present while he is Superman.
Jonathan and Martha Kent.
no
If the child was adopted for real there should be papers signed by birth- and adoptive parents. The birth certificate is sometimes changed by the adoptive parents but not always. If the child was just handed to a relative and nothing was singed or they did not go to court for child support or there was no temporary custody signed, it gets trickier. Eye witnesses and people around could testify.
No, step parents are parents who live with the other parent, married or not, and who is not your biological parent or foster parent. An adoptive parent is your full parent, just like a biological one. You will inherit them and carry their name.
