there is a triangle shaped cover on the inside of the window attached to the mirror pop it off it may take some finnese to get out there is a set of screws that hold the mirror i don't know about the view but once that peice is removed it is pretty self explanitory taking it off
convex mirror as used by drivers in different vehicles......
convex mirrors are preferred as drivers mirror because they reflect more area than plain or concave mirror.
