There is a small rectangular slot on the right side (passenger side) of the transparent cover/lens. Put a properly fitting (not too small, not too big) flat screwdriver in the slot and leverage the cover/lens downward. It should pop out. Don’t be too rough, but you can apply some force—the cover is fairly strong. After that it is easy to pull the light bulb from between the spring terminals. Put the new bulb in and pop the cover back in its slot.
