It all depends on your body frame, and height. For instance, my girlfriend is about 120lbs, but shes small-framed and about 5' 8... with everything added up she IS skinny at probably 5% body fat.. However I am male, about 5'8 and 210 lbs, yet I'm muscular and clock around 15% body fat... It all depends on your frame, build, and muscular stature.
I think that that is a little unhealthy. I am 4'11" and I weigh 105 pounds and I took a test from my doctor and I am healthy. Since 5'0 is only 1 inch taller then I am and the weight is 150 pounds then that's a little over weight then what you would need to be to be healthy.
140-145 155 according to ideal body weight calculation [45kg + (2.3 * 11 in) * 2.2 lb/kg = 155 lbs]
120-155
if the child is healthy, the weight should be between 150 and 155 lbs.
you should weigh about 155 pounds
A normal body mass index is considered to be between 18.5-24.9 For example, if you are 5'6", a healthy weight is anywhere between 118-155.
For a girl it would be between 118 - 132 pounds. For a boy it would be between 135 - 155 pounds.
Yes the healthy weight is between 140-155 lbs. Most importantly, your weight should be relevant to your height. (For example, 152 lbs. is a lot better for someone who is 5'6'' than for someone who is 5'2''.) If you put your height and weight into a BMI (Body Mass Index) Calculator, that can give you a better idea of if your weight is healthy or not.
According to BMI settings for a 13 year-old female, it is not a healthy weight, but is overweight. Though it does depend on body build and other factors, a regular BMI test shows that it is overweight. Yes, it is in the acceptable range for healthy weight (which depends on body build, muscle mass, etc.).
as long as your bmi is between 18.5 and 24 your a "healthy" weight... i am 5' 8" and weigh 155... in a perfect world i would be 145... But hey
