yes you can only talk to people that are on your buddy list! you can talk to people who you don't know in chat rooms i would think children should be at least sixteen to have a aim account you never know sometimes who your chatting with or someone might try to find you.
I am thinking people on their buddy lists can be rude sometimes, and you can loose a friend thru it. Be very cautious.
I think its dangerous because in Aim they can search for your personal information and find you I would think you should be at least 21 years old
Safe? Yes. But it's not exactly content appropriate with the words.
AIM is safer since only your friends can see your info and you are only talking to your friends. People do tend to chose facebook over AIM. Ithink facebook can be less safe, and more safe. if you let all of your information out, it is less safe because everyone can see it..... if you make your photos and info more private (just to your friends... or better, no one!), then you are safe with facebook... hope this helps!
there is no harm in an AIM. It is just a fun way to connect with their friends. And is safe unlike facebook. But nonetheless, AIM is an instant messaging device that is pure enjoyment. But can NOT be deactivated.

Yes because you can choose your friends and have private chats if you choose to and not open ones with strangers. plus you can save your chat so the adults can read what you were talking about. so yes aim is safe for kids about 11 and up.
If you take proper precautions it isn't. Don't run, and don't aim at peoples eyes. If you don't do these things, you can be safe and have fun.
Run away as fast as you can, aim for crowds or public areas where you are safe.
yes just make sure if this is the parent monitor who they talk to and make sure they know them
About one year, year-and-a-half, would be a reasonable aim.
"Our aim is to provide a safe, entertaining and memorable day out for all of our guests"
It depends. If you have a mac, you could probably find it in the prefrences, although I am not sure about it for PCs, sorry.
