"Conjugate" is what you do to verbs in order to differentiate between different subjects. For example, the verb "to be" changes (conjugates) depending on who is doing the "being". You don't say "I be", you say "I am". This is conjugating.

Unless you mean something else entirely by the word "conjugated".
