Meaning is the Mormon Church a multi-level marketing company? No. "Mormonism" as a religion is a faith based system, the day-to-day operating of the organization is seperate. One must recognize the difference between faith ("Mormonism") and running a faith-based organization (the Church itself). How Church administration is operated has no impact on the doctrines of the faith.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) operates similar to any other Christian denomination or ministry on the administration side of things. Church administration (office workers that organize PR, travel, finances, printing/production, building construction, etc) are generally overseen by the top religious leaders in the Church. While Church administration has sometimes been accused of being bureaucratic, it is also generally understood that as a small group of people running out of an office building in Salt Lake City managing a huge international organization, it is difficult to be much else.
The short answer is "no." The longer answer is something like "No; what are you smoking?" By your standards, apparently Amway is a valid religion, as is bank robbery, but Mormonism, Catholicism, Protestantism, and essentially every other form of religion is "incomplete and false." That's just messed up. There are plenty of things that might cause a reasonable person to doubt Mormonism (no offense intended). The fact that you "have to go outside the religion to make money" is not one of them.
