If you are referring to the country of India, there is no evidence that he is opposed to India. He visited India in 2010 and was very warmly received. He has also maintained good relationships with India's leaders. It is always a balancing act for every American president-- if he seems too close with one country, Another Country that is a rival in that region may object. But by all accounts, President Obama has a positive relationship with India; it should be noted that the US has had some problems with its Pakistan relationship, but that has gone on during several presidencies.
