Is PSp better than a PS vita?

Actually it depends on what you need and what you're going to do with it.
For the PSP, it is termed as an entertainment machine. You can listen to the music, watching videos besides playing games with it. The games in the PSP are more graphics intensive as compared to DS.
For the DS, it is more for casual gaming.

It depends on what you're using the gadget for and what kind of games you like playing.

I don't know how to answer this question but you can choose which is the right for you.

PSP: It has good graphics, better games, GPS access, web browser, camera (sold separetly), Marketplace for movies and games, and it is recommended for people who like action and adventure games and are 12 years or older.

DS: Ok the dsi is the only version I like but it has the same games and Pictochat, and videochat (in some games at DSi Ware for 500 points). I don't recomend this console, only the DSi version. I recomend this for people who are 6-9; the DSi version

I recomend more the PSP!!!

Yes in my opion it is. I like it better because you can play games and get on the internet with it. Also the controllers make it so you have to get up and move around instead of sitting there and playing. Some of the games have bad graphics though. The games with the best graphics are the Mario games. But with the DS almost all the games have bad graphics and the wi fi is awful.The one good thing about it is the picto chat and that you can play certain games with other friends with a ds. But you have too be within a certain distance from each other. And only needs one of you to have a game.

I have a DS, and I reckon the PSP is way better than the DS. Cause like, you can listen to music, view images, watch videos on a high quality screen and all the games have way better graphics than the ds and i reckon it might be better than the ps2. Can you do all those with a DS? Yes, but it's very hard and in the end is not worth it cause it's on such a small screen. Even if they are two screens nether of them can display 32 bit true colour. Only 16 bit high colour. The only advantaged the DS has over the PSP is a low quality, frustrating and inacurate touchscreen and a second top screen. You can't even connect it to a TV to play on the big screen, only PSP does that. Plus, umds hold more memory than flashcards, bigger levels and more stuff in higher quality.

It is likely, given that the 3DS is much newer than the PSP (and thus is built with more advanced technology), but it has not been released yet so there is no way to really tell. If you want a PSP, though, you may want to wait for the PS Vita.

I would have to say maybe. First of all, the 3DS has a 3D screen which can play 3DS games in 3D. The 3DS can play DS games, but if you do, the graphics are blurry, which then makes DS games not worth buying (and there are way more great DS games than great 3DS games)! The 3DS has 2.5 hours of battery life (so little!)with the extra features (including 3D effect) are on, but it has 5 hours of battery life with the extra features off (still so little! That's like playing a dsi that is can't play normal DS games with good graphics with stupid battery life that just has Mii whish you don't use much)! The PSP can store games and not loose them easily, can download music, etc. The 3DS can take pictures and so can the PSP, but the 3DS has cool programs that can change the pictures ( and if you make recordings, you can change them too!), and it also may watch vedios you make in 3D. But the PSP has lots of good games, it has good battery life (very important!), the music you can download can be cool enough, it doesn't need MII like the 3DS, and pictures and sounds don't really need the weird changes. So, my opinion is to get a PSP (or even a DSi!)instead of the 3DS.

The PSP has about the same battery life, is much cheaper, and the memory cards cost less since 3rd-party companies can make them cheap. In all other cases - graphics, game quality, controls, etc - the PS Vita outshines the PSP greatly.
