Pepsi, or any other soft drink, if consumed in moderation, is not unhealthy. Excessive consumption can lead to overweight conditions. Those who are particularly sensitive to sugars may find that amounts considered "normal" for others will be "excessive" for them. On the other hand, soft drinks in general provide no nutrition other than refined sugar (in non-diet varieties), and water to maintain hydration. Suitable amounts of water can be obtained by other means, so soft drinks are not "healthy" in the sense of being something to be sought out as a desireable element in a ballanced diet.

∙ 11y agoYes it is harmful. People say Pepsi is better then Coke. That is correct but basically they are almost the same level of harmfulness. Pepsi and Coke have gas that effects your heart beat. You may start burping and farting and feeling uncomfortable. If you get lung problems or have hard times to breathe you have to inform the docter. This has happened to me when i was very young and it was a very bad experiance.

Too much if it can cause caffeine migraine headaches, an overuse of the liver and kidney, teeth rotting from the sugar, weight gain, etc. The list gets longer when a larger amount is consumed with increased frequency. One serving will generally cause no harm at all.
Advertising/Propaganda.
Some would agree advertising skews the mind's perception of reality.

Someone can throw it at you and hurt you.

If you happen to own PepsiCo Stock and they go bankrupt, they Pepsi will hurt your savings.
