A quick Google throws up two types of realms cycles. One hand built out of Oregon, and one typical department store bike. The department store bike is 21-speed and MRX shifters, which pretty much puts it at the bottom of the barrel. The "full spec list" doesn't tell what hubs or shocks there is, which is another definite warning sign.
It'll probably be OK for the occasional trail ride, but it is likely to be heavy and unresponsive compared to a more expensive MTB. And I certainly wouldn't recommend it for DH riding.
The handbuilt out of Oregon is assembled according to customer requests, and is likely to be far better quality.
I ride one of these hand built bikes and probably will for another 10 yrs, the 200 dollar model wouldn't last 2 months with me on it.
