Is Wales a monarchy?

The Welsh Devolved Government is effectively a Parliamentary government with no monarch, but Wales remains a smaller part of the the UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND (UK). The UK is a constitutional monarchy and all of its parts, including Wales, are part of that monarchy.
Not in itself its a principality and is part of a monarchy having a prince as its monarch representative
Wales is part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland along with England and Scotland so is a monarchy. Traditionally, the reigning monarch's eldest son is invested as the Prince of Wales.
