I'm not sure what you mean. If your truck lights work, there's nothing wrong with the fuses. You likely need to replace the trailer plug adapter. It's an inline y-connector that hooks in.

If you have hard doors, yes. It they don't, most likely someone has removed the fuse to keep the lights off when running with the doors removed. Check the fuse box. If you have soft doors, no. The fuse has probably been removed.
