You can get the manual where you bought the mower. just go to where you got it and ask for another one. and if you bought it off someone go online look it up and tou should be able to print of the manual, right there on the website...
You can find the operator's manual for that engine at www.briggsandstratton.com. You will need to contact the manufacturer of the mower for the lawn mower owner's manual. Briggs and Stratton did not amke that mower, only the engine.
