The legal age of majority in Missouri is eighteen. Missouri has a addendum to the Juvenile Court Codes which reads an "adult" is anyone who is of the age of seventeen. This law pertains to criminal court procedures ONLY and designates how a person of seventeen years should be adjudicated concerning specified criminal matters. It does not supercede the legal age of majority law.

Having a child does not making you legally an adult. Your parents are your guardians and you are the guardian of your baby. In the US, you become an adult at 18.

Dating has never been the subject of any Missouri laws. Sexual activity has specific laws that vary throughout the world. But being 17 means there isn't going to be an issue in either case.
