If someone was deported and served their deportation time but their US green card hasn't expired can they just come back?

No. If you come back after being deported, but the green card isn't expired yet, you will, again, be deported (which will not look good on your part being deported twice).

Can you get deported if your visa expired but you are married to a citizen with kids?

Yes, you can.

Can you get deported if you commit a crime and your green card is expired?

No. You can not be deported for an expired Green Card. You can be deported for an expired Visa. You can over-stay your Visa, it's illegal in the U.S. and pretty much every other country. However, if your Green Card has expired (which is not the same as a visa), you should go to the local INS office and renew it and do it the legal way.

Can a none expired card holder be deported?

Not unless you do something illegal or your card expires.

If someone came on a tourist visa that has expired and is working illegally what are the consequences if he is caught and what can he do?

Most likely you will be deported. Not only deported to your home country but also put on the " No re-entry list " for up to 10 years, as well. It's not called ILLEGAL for nothing, my friend.

Can you fly domestically if your passport is valid but your visa has expired?

Technically, if your visa is expired, you can't be in the country anyways, and if your ID is checked, you should be deported (unless you have reason to renew your visa). Your passport is not your ticket to stay in the country. In addition, if you could legally be in the country (if it is the U.S.), you do not need a passport to fly from state to state. That is my understanding of it.

Is it a crime to work at wendy's undocumented or expired visa?

Yes, it is. Wendy's isn't suppose to hire undocumented and that person can be deported by immigration.

Where can you get a marriage license with expired visa?

If an illegal alien has nothing but her birth certificate and an expired passport and visa ia she ineligible to get a marriage license?

She is eligibe to get married. It just depends on what state you are in and their requirements. I married my illegal Mexican husband in 2001 in Tennessee. All we had were my I.D, his translated and original birth certificate, and the $60 to pay the courthouse.

Can an overstay student with valid passport and have social security number obtain marriage license by marrying a US citizen. Will any chance be rejected and got caught?

By Personal experience... I got married to my Husband who was illegal here with an EXPIRED passport of his country and we still got the marriage License. All you really need is a form of id and the passport. You should be fine.hope that helped! Because even with an expired passport, we got a marriage license, but he had his id. :)
