People can have whatever opinion of me that they want. I do not tolerate inconsiderate people and tend to tell them so or do something that lets them know that I think they're a jerk. Technically, "high maintenance" means that someone is always needing something and wants YOU to provide it. Maybe they want a steak for dinner, but it has to be rib-eye and it has to be medium rare and since you cooked it wrong, can you do it over and now that you've cooked it to medium rare the veggies are cold so can you warm them and by the way "can you bring me a cup of coffee?" Of course, an inconsiderate person wouldn't imagine that the problem might be theirs, so they'd blame YOU and come up with a label. Maybe "high maintenance" was the first that came to their mind.
