internet speed is not affected by your iPod, it is affected by congestion and contention that is completely outwith your control. The more devices connected to your ISP, the slower it will perform overall. Your iPod's connectivity to the Internet is determined by the WiFi service you are connected to. Again, this is outwith your control unless it is your home WiFi. Upgrading your WiFi router or switching ISPs may improve connectivity, however it may simply be contention with one or more of your neighbours' WiFi. Try utilising a different channel, one that isn't quite so congested, and you may get better results.
ipods get slow when you drop them many times or when theres alot of apps
No, the 2nd generation iPod Touch is not slow. In fact, it is very fast. The 2nd generation will be slower by how much content you have on the iPod Touch, as with all iPods.
No, because the iPod touch 1st generation is incapable of running the software, so even if Apple did allow it, it would be very slow and make your iPod touch nearly useless.
Ipod touch first generation is pretty slow, the higher generations have faster speed and are thinner than the first gen. The later generations of the ipod have more features. Ipod 4 has a camera also able to record video.
Yes .. Because you are allowing a virus into your iPod and it allows your iPod to be slow.
No it is not illegal to jailbreak your iPod touch I did it once and I'm fine but do it right cuz it makes your iPod slow if you do it
No. You will not see any performance difference.
The iPod touch cannot update past iOS 3. If it could, it would be really slow and give you anxiety anyway.
It is currently slow because it is Christmas and millions of people have new iPods/Phones/Pads for which they are downloading apps.
You should restart the unit. You could also try getting a new charger or charging unit.
too many songs and a slow computer
Not possible but mayb if u jailbreak it Theres an app that i have called Ringtone Maker and u can make 30 second rintones for free from the songs you already have on your ipod. After you make a ringtone, it tells you how to put it on your ipod. -SkinnyDragon
Well, you can get up to 400-475 apps, but why would you want all those apps? You can slow down you iPod Touch very, very bad? In my case,I would stop at about 40-70 apps for better phone functionality.
Super SSHing and a few online tutorials wont be far off. Slow as shut even on computer though...
