yes 210 degree is normal . The gauge actaully reads 10 degrees higher (+) than the occupant can see visually on the gauge. Team Viper did this as a means to keep Viper owners from burning up the engines and keep the warranty work down. Watter Wetter ( A red line company product) works effective on reducing engine temps if that is your goal. Turn on the A/C and watch the temp drop ! Viper Racer
