Extremely upset with customer service. I called to change payment method, was charged 2 times. When I was charged again (10 days later) I called 5 times, chat twice and no one helped me. POOR Customer Service! I was even told the third time I called that someone named "Randy" would call within an hour. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
