It is a very protein-filled breakfast... but bacon is very unhealthy and I suggest you don't eat too much of it, same with eggs (well they're not that unhealthy)...
So my answer would be no, bacon and eggs would probably not be a good breakfast to eat everyday.
Although eating it once and a while would be fine!
