Special K or Mini Shredded Wheats (any) Do not get sugar that are frosted..or have much sugar in it..my favorite is Honey Bunches of Oats (reg) BUT it does have sugar so it may not be the best for losing weight..try Special K!

Most of them are and especially those wiht added sugar, honey, sweeteners etc. Musli is better.
