Pure chocolate has no real nutritional value, but may contain antioxidants that will increase lifespan. However, almost no one eats pure chocolate. Chocolate desserts are fatty and sweet, and as a result bring little good to your body but are instead empty carbohydrates. You need dark chocolate with the best cocoa and the highest amount of cocoa.
