This sounds like break through bleeding which is a common occurrence after stopping contraceptives.

If you are currently sexually active & you are not using protection on a regular basis then I would recommend that you perform a pregnancy test 2-3 weeks after you had intercourse.

Brown discharge is spotting, it is small amounts of blood leaving your body but because they're taking time to leave the body it goes brown. This is normal towards the end of your period.

What does it mean when the blood in your period changes?

If for instance it is a day or two before your periods and you expect pinkish/reddish discharge; its normal and if it is days after your period and you experience dark red or brownish (blood) or discharge, it is probably old blood excreting your body and its also normal. It can only be something to worry about if it has a blood smell and is continuous.

What is the black earwax in the back of your ear?

Normal waxy discharge from the human ear is clear, cloudy, or a bit yellowish. Waxy discharge that is blackish or dark is a sign that there may be a current or reoccuring ear infection that is resulting in blood mixing with the normal discharge.

You stopped your period a week ago and now you have a brown discharge is this normal?

Yes, this is normal. Your vagina is still "cleaning" itself out. The brown discharge is just old blood. Gross, I know, but it's totally normal. If you have brown discharge for more than a couple of days, I would see a doctor about that. Abnormal discharge can be a sign of an infection or STD.
