E631, disodium inosinate, like many food additives, is typically made using fats processed from pigs, so it is haraam (not halal). Halal is obtained from sardines. Mushbooh is made from brewer yeast extract, a by-product of beetr making. Haram is extracted from pig meat.
It can be obtained from sardines (fish).
It can be made from brewer's yeast extract, which is a by-product of the beer-making process.
It can be extracted from pig's meat.
If method #1 is used, then it is halal. If method #2 is used, then it is not haram, although it is better to avoid it. However, if method #3 is used, then most certainly it is haram.
it is halal because many Muslim countries like Saudi Arabia ,Pakistan,UAE .in these countries after proper inspection they allowed export goods to eat..moreover,i have observed that in the pack of suspected thing that used these ingredients..... HALAL has been written..it shows that they are allowed to eat................
IMHO, That answer is a fallacy. The countries in which Muslims claim, stating that the E621 is halal, does not mean it is halal. We put many halal certification cases in these countries, when in fact they are halal.
The E621 will be halal when its unused manufacturing parts of the pig and so is made to say, which in many national laws is not possible.
