Yes.
The human body need minimum 1200 a day if you are only eating 100-200 you body will break down over time. I probably should take my own advice because I only eat 117 calories a day....but I have an eating disorder so....yeah but please please eat more you do not want to end up in a hospital trust me its not fun.
Not at all. :) It's on the anorexic side though, 300 calories a day is a nice amount for a skelton. No, seriously, 300 calories a day is way less than anyone healthy should ever eat. Its less than 3 two-finger Kit Kats. You should get at least 1200. If you take in any less, you're going to go into starvation mode and your body is going to become weak; you'll get sick, won't be able to keep a steady weight, etc. Anorexic is neither healthy nor sexy.
maybe if you were a mouse it would not be bad. However if you are a human being, even if you are an old inactive woman, you would still need approx 1500 calories to function properly. The human body needs quite a lot of energy to keep the heart pumping, keep delivering glucose to the brain and simply to sustain lean body mass (aka organs, bones and muscle). Even if you slept all day everyday you're needs would be considerably higher than 300 calories a day. If someone wants to lose weight a slight caloric deficit is recommended, however cutting back to drastically will not only cause your body to go into starvation mode and be very gruelling psychologically, but it will slow your metabolism in an attempt to conserve fuel. The best and most sustainable way to lose weight is simple: Have a very slight caloric deficit, be it through eating slightly less or moving a little more that causes a deficit of say 250 calories a day. Keep this up consistently over time and results will happen. Consistency is key. Again, for a human 300 calories a day is ludicrous, please don't even consider it, if for no one else than for your own health!
Depends on age, gender and activity level.
The average recommendation is 1800-2000 for women and 2400-2500 for men.
So 3000 would be OK if you're being more physically active than the average person.
Cardio exercise is a good way to burn off calories.
It depends on how many calories you are eating per day, your age, and wheather or not you are trying to lose weight. If your eating 2900-3000 calories you should be fine, if your eating around 1500 calories then that's too much to burn.
That would only be about 300 calories a day, which is very unhealthy. The average adult should be eating roughly 1,800 caloires PER DAY, not per week, to maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet.
at least 300 calories per day
Bad and bad... It'll contain a massive chunk of calories, so assuming that's not the only thing you eat you're very unlikely to be losing any weight that day.
It varied, ranging from about 300 to 1,700 calories a day.
You will lose weight extremly fast but when you start to eat properly again youl put twice as much on!
You will need about 300 extra calories a day, you will need to count carbs, snack before bedtime, and eat three times a day. Try asking your doctor for a eating plan.
If you are eating 1500 calories a day you will lose 1 lb. if you are eating 1200 calories you will lose 1.6 lbs.
by eating less
Calories are necessary, but too many for a day is unhealthy. Some say 2,000 calories a day is good.
No... The recommended amount of calories consumed each day should be around 2,000.
