Not at all. Shrimp and prawns are a good source of lean protein. They would fit into almost any diet that you are on. They could made to be unhealthy if they are covered in a sauce that is loaded with fat or sugar. Eat them plain or with cocktail sauce or tomato sauce... If you want sauté them use a small amount of olive oil.
