fat is good for you as it insulates your body . however, too much fat is bad for us as it can clog up your arteries and can even lead to a heart attack.

Fats are good for your body and are essential in a diet to stay healthy but make sure they are healthy fats that are found in such foods as nuts and olive oil, these kind of fats actually get rid of the bad fats.
