Cholesterol usually happens when you eat junk food or gain weight. I think that the only damage would be gaining weight to the body. Of course, I don't know if that's true, but it would be my greatest guess. I suggest eating more healthy and watch your cholesterol and your vitamins. Make sure you drink a lot of water and healthy drinks, and do not drink gaterade because it is known to be not healthy at all. It seems healthy but really isn't.
