Is ice cream heathy

Some ice creams claim to be high in calcium, but other than that ice cream does not have much nutritional value. It is usually eaten as a desert for enjoyment, so most ice creams certainly isn't health food considering the high sugar and fat content.

Not really. It is very high in sugar and saturated and trans fats, inviting the ability for you to gain weight on it, no matter how much you have at one sitting or at various sittings. It is a part of dairy products though, which are considered healthy in a balanced meal plan. But ice cream should be treated like soda or potato chips: only consume in moderation.

No.... It is full of FAT. But you can make homemade icecream using healthy foods such as spinach or carrot. EW

Frozen Yogurt is healthier, but small portions of homemade ice cream is exceptional.
