No! I just went through this myself.
I had no heart beat on 2 ultrasounds at nearly 8 weeks but my Doctor said that we should repeat the sono in 3 weeks just to be absolutely sure. Sadly in my case my baby did die and I miscarried at 12 1/2 weeks. However I have done quite a bit of research and MANY women have had healthy babies after having been diagnosed with a miscarriage! Waiting is hard but wondering what might have been the rest of you life is much harder. I am so glad I waited because I know that it was God's will and I had nothing to do with the death of my baby. Usually the doctors are correct when they diagnose a miscarriage. That being said however, rarely they are wrong. Those were the longest 3 weeks of my life! And then the waiting to miscarry afterwards was torture. Still, as mommies we have to love our baby's enough to give them a chance. Don't end up asking yourself what if. I know it's hard but wait a few weeks to be sure. Also make sure to reach out and get support during this time. There are lots of mommies going through the same thing you are. There's lots of support on line and I encourage you to talk to your family and friend's I felt much better once I did. I don't know why society say's we should wait till 3 months to tell people we're pregnant..."just incase." That is so stupid because it leaves so many women to grieve without support! Get plenty of rest and take care of yourself. God Bless!
ultra sounds are used for seeing a baby in an ultra sound
No, but at 5-6 weeks you can hear it with an early ultra-sound. :)
To see an unborn baby in the womb.
You can't tell without an ultra sound. If you don't want an ultra sound, you'll have to wait until the baby is born.
The 3d4d ultrasound.
Yes. An ultrasound at this stage shows the embryo as a miniature baby with a large head. All of the fingers, toes, arms and legs can be seen as well as the head and abdomen. All the different chambers, ventricles, and movements of the heart are visible, as well as the esophagus and stomach. The embryo has been visible since the fifth week, when the outline and heart movement can be seen.
One medical use of an ultrasound is for a pregnant mother to see her baby.
Your baby will move more when your bladder is full because there is more pressure on the baby. It is also better to get an ultra sound when your bladder is full because you will see the baby much better.
That is quite normal. the baby is not yet large enough to see at 5 weeks though it is developing rapidly. I work at an OBGYN office, and that is absoutley normal!! You can not typically see an embryo on an ultra sound until you are between 6-8 weeks. You levels were great! You should be fine at your next visit when you can see the baby. You can also see a flutter of light on the ultra sound that is the babies heart beat! good luck!
In China, as with other countries, baby girls are not as prized as a boy. The ultra sound shows the sex of the baby and baby girls are more apt to be aborted. In India this has all ready happened.
yes. when the doctors give the pregnant woman an ultra sound they can sometimes usually tell if a baby is deformed. it will be easier to tell if the baby is missing a body part especially
an ultra-sound.. you cant know by feeling it or physical evidence
