Just like everywhere else it's a judge that issues the death penalty after inquiring with a "mufti"(a man who studies all aspects of Islam) and for specific reasons "Is it a Khalifa or another title that issues Death Warrants in Islam?" You bishops individually and collectively have a responsibility to all within your jurisdiction to promote justice in their regard through your teaching authority. Each one of you has personally failed in your duty in regard to each of the following: "It is the task of the Church's Magisterium to see that the dynamic process of following Christ develops in an organic manner, without the falsification or obscuring of its moral demands, with all their consequences. The one who loves Christ keeps his commandments (cf. Jn 14:15)." You seem to believe yourselves to be super persons who are not subject to any form of control. You use people to further your own ends by deceptive teachings which mollify those who are acting offensively to God. You seem to like being treated as quasi idols. The Ninevites put on sackcloth and ashes following their condemnation by Jonah in the hope that God might see the sincerity of their change of heart. Should the nations of this world do less? Will the bishops, the lawful spiritual leaders of the world, do less? Carefully read, slowly re-read, then, with much reflection, read a third time the attached documents. Think about what you have read for the balance of the day. The morning following receipt of this document you should be willing to act if you are a person of faith and lover of truth and justice.
