Follow the upper radiator hose to where it meets the engine, that's where you'll find the thermostat. If it's an easily accessible location it is simple to change, it can just get messy if you have a full cooling system. I have a 96 caravan and it took me more time to scrape off the old gasket material than it did to remove and replace the thermostat.
