You have not mentioned whether you do massage her feet or not. Generally speaking for male parent to massage the feet of his teenage daughter may be seen as questionable in some situations. Depending upon yours, there is absolutely no harm in massaging her feet as it appears that she is too shy to ask you to do it for you But since she sometimes puts her feet in your lap and complains about tired feet, it simply means she is attached with you adn wants you to hold her feet in your hands and give her feet some nice comfort. When a girl puts her feet in your lap, she is expressing her attachment with you that she can take this liberty to put her feet in your lap and wants you to care for her feet
