If there is a food that causes you to binge, it is better to avoid it. Junk food especially.
Hmmm... I think you can stop binge eating by not skipping your meals, and not restrict yourself from eating junk food. E.g. Eating vegetables, fruits, and all the other healthy food all the time can trigger binge eating on junk food. Keeping your diet balanced is the best way to go :)
No. Binge eating is never good. It can be very bad for health and diet, result in weight gain, cause mood swings, and allow a person to develop an unhealthy relationship with food.
Binge eating can be considered associated with addictions. Binge eating usually consists of a lack of self-control around food, the person first eating mass amounts of food and then throwing it up later.
It seems as though you are referring to bulimia. However, bulimia is characterized by binge eating followed by purging (throwing up). Binge eating alone would probably just be considered food addiction.

A 'binge' is a short period of excessive indulgence. It usually refers to alcohol or food consumption. The word 'spree' is a similar concept.
Both Binge Eaters and bulimia sufferers over stuff themselves with food but Bulimia sufferers throw it up and binge eaters don'tP'S - There both queers that just need to get over it...
I'm sorry, but that is not a complete or logical question. Please re-phrase and re-submit your question so that WikiAnswers can provide you with the best answer possible. Thank you!
Binge eaters do not necessarily throw up afterwards, however that may be an unintended consequence of eating a huge quantity. Bulimic's actually do try and make themselves throw up, and may do so after a normal sized meal rather than just after a period of binge eating.
A binge is in an "anorexic" tendency if the person later fasts, severly restricts, or excessively exercises for the next few days to "make up for" the calories eaten during that binge. A binge is in a "bulimic" tendency is the person later purges by vomiting or laxative abuse to rid their body of much of the food from the binge.
Food binges can cause weight gain, mood swings, chemical imbalances within the body, and an unhealhy relationship with food.
