I have the opposite problem, fuel lite comes one and still have about 5 gallons left in tank. I could still drive about 100 miles with the fuel lite on.

No it is not , we own a 2005 grand caravan and my wife ran out of fuel still showing 1/4 tank. We brought it into the local Dodge dealer and they replaced a part in the fuel tank. The service rep stated that the dealer has identified a problem that Chrysler will eventually show as a recall.
