Hello, Many GM Cars have Sealed Transmissions. If you are taling about a small red cap that screws off then yes, it is a sealed transmission. If you want it serviced you have to go to a qualified repair shop or dealer. (call ahead many shops do not deal with sealed transmissions) The owners manual, haynes, chilton manual may have a way for you to check the fluid level. GM is using a sealed for life transmission on many of their newer cars. So it is getting more and more common.
