I can only assume you are meaning he used rubbing alcohol to wipe the skin instead of the other stuff, that is absolutely fine. If you are meaning he injected rubbing alcohol instead of his proper medication, get him to a hospital! It's not to really worry about injecting rubbing alcohol into the muscle, but make sure your father does not go near a syringe again.
