No. You would be lying if you omit it. Why would you want to lie to a potential employer? Any schooling or degrees that you have can only help you in the long run. Sure. Sometimes putting down a graduate degree will hurt your prospects. Employers immediately notice your degree and can disqualify you based upon the reasoning that you might be an excessive expense (cost too much). If you do decide to use it and are applying for a job which is below you then male a note of why you should be considered for the job with your advanced degree. Focus on accomplishments. It is lying if you are asked flat out "Do you have a graduate degree?" and you say no. Not mentioning it at all is not lying.
