No till redline its ok. Don't put it beyond redline.
There actually *is* no stock K04 Jetta. On a modified K04-based Jetta MK4, I'd expect to see it running at 9psi stock, or 19-22psi in chipped form.
1psi
rather not try fix, its better to replace it new, you dont want its seizing and over heating your engine. Any part / spares shop should stock it for pretty cheap
You can put a supercharger on a stock engine it depends on how much boost you run wether your engine can handle it or not.
The stock size of tire on a 94 VW Jetta is 185/60/14. That size is hard to find, so you can also use 195/55/14.
I have a 95 with one of those stupid indicators on it. The arrow is indicating the shift points for ideal fuel management. I ignore mine when I need to get going. If you are just out for a stroll then pay attention to it. The simple answer is youre not going to mess up anything if you dont shift where it tells you too. If you dont want the engine to bog down then accelerate a bit beyond when the arrow comes on then shift.
it has 43 horsepower stock
the factors that cause the demand curve for bonds to shift are: increase/decrease in inflation rate increase/decrease of common stock increase/decrease of stock prices useful table :
The 2006 Jetta's are considered the Mark V and have a 5 x 112 bolt pattern with + 51 offset and a 57.1 mm centre bore ,,, this different from the earlier models...
High pitch sound could be your superchager. Turbo's shoot out a spit of air sound. Maybe your jetta is supercharged stock. Espically if its a tiptronic transmission.
Yes it will work Many people have done it, it is not A direct fit however, The knob will go on easily and you just need a hose clamp to hold it on, the boot is a bit more difficult. I had to cut down my shift rod (I was going to anyway) and if you want to keep the chrome trim ring some modification to the console is needed too. Just keep that in Mind, Maybe grab a junkyard shifter top for your console to practice on if you're nervous. If you don't want to modify it remove the chrome ring from the shift boot and sew some elastic (available at fabric stores) into it and it will go on the console nicely and look alot like the stock one.
