Yes. Honey has many properties that are beneficial to your healthy, and just a teaspoon is not a huge amount of sugar. The apple cider vinegar is very good for you too, although I suggest that you take it just before you take your vitamins/supplements. This is because it helps add to the often acid-depleted stomach, and so increases your absorption of your supplements. ACV is good to take anytime though.
