Not in any realistic or healthy way. 2-4 lbs/week is about the recommended loss rate to remain healthy.
At 13, the body is still trying to grow, unless the person is obese, it is probably not a healthy move to lose the weight.
I'm still losing weight and am scared so plz help!!
At 13 losing 20 pounds in 30 days is not very likely to happen and certainly is not healthy. She didn't gain 20 pounds in 30 days, it isn't going to disappear that fast.
i am 14 5'3'' 210 lbs. and i am obese so about 120 lbs.
You should have a more realistic approach to losing weight. It's not likely that you can lose 13 lbs in just one week. You should expect to lose it in a month with a very strict diet and cardiovascular exercise ... even then, it's not very healthy.
A weight of 110 lbs to 140 lbs is in the normal range for a female who is 5'3" based on a healthy normal BMI. person who asked:: im 97 pounds, is that bad? For a 13 year old girl, that is healthy. The average weight is 99 pounds.
Depends how tall you are and how big your bones are.
If you lose 2 pounds a day that would be 26 pounds plus cut down on food so it's possible to lose around 30 lbs in one 13 days.
