Yes, it's bad - the body isn't prepared for such massive weight loss. You'll probably have nutririon problems, but if you arrive to eliminate stressful situations, you'll be doing good. I myself did lose this weight amount, too, (also in one week) in my case because of very stressing events. After that, fortunately I wasn't stressed anymore (or not that much) and I took up 10 kg during next three months. But if you don't know why you're losing weight, stress level is normal but you're feeling a little sick maybe, you should definitely go see your physician. This can be a sign of a grave disease, so don't hesitate and do it as soon as possible.

It depends what you've lost 3kg of, I mean, you should really try and find whatever you lost, but I guess if you lost 3kg of butter, it would be healthy, yes.

it depends on how you lost it... it can be if you lost it with lots of exersize but if you lost it without doing anything that can be a problem and you might want to get that checked out
