You must go to a tattoo shop and ask for oneJust Joking
Anywhere you want You just go to you lokal tattoo shop and ask for that tattoo
Yes, you need to meet some fairly strict requirements to be a tattoo artist in South Carolina. It even requires a specific type of location away from churches and other establishments. Licensing is done by the Department of Health and Environmental Control. You can contact them through the internet or their offices.
You must be 18 or have parental consent.
Every shop has different prices. You should look up a couple of places that do piercings in your town and call them to ask about their pricing.
Yes they can. I had an apprentice do one of my tattoos and they charged me for it. Ask the shop about their policies with regards to apprentices earning money from tattoos.
There is no legal tattoo parlor in the United States that will tattoo someone under the age of 18 without parental consent, no matter what. If you go somewhere that will, it is an illegal facility and could be very dangerous. Many tattoo parlors will tattoo as young as 15 or 16 with parental permission. I would call your local places and ask. But if you're trying to do it without your parents, I urge you to think again. Getting a tattoo is safe if done correctly, but there are so many ways it could go wrong. The needle needs to be brand new and sterile, and if it is an illegal shop, you are putting your health and ultimately your life in danger.
If you want a taster ask them to run the tattoo gun over you without the ink, that way if you dont like it your not left with a half finished tattoo.
Well first off if the Tattoo was not at a shop I would go to the doctor and have them look at that. If the tattoo was done at a parlor I would call your tattoo artist and ask him if any of the tattoo work would of had any part of the color.
Different states have different age restrictions csll a local piercing/tattoo shop and ask.
most likely no... there are a few illegal action replay devices. amazon.com and amazon.co.uk sell them so they are not illegal
I am very allergic to nickel, and I have 3 tattoos. I had no problems with them. Go to a reliable, certified shop. Ask your artist about their ink, and what the ingredients are.
