no the agreement on the back of the disk says 'for home use only' so you can lend it to your friends and family, as long as they don't pay you(they can buy it off you for money, but you cant charge for lent without a rental copy), without any illegal stuff.
even if it was illegal, which it isn't the police have better things to deal with than 10 CDs being passed around, like the Huge pirates who SELL hundreds of high quality copied CDs
No it is not it is only illegal if you resell it, such as creating a website & asking for credit card info.
There are limits to sharing however. You can only share your iTunes with up to 5 mobile devices or accounts. Here are the current itunes terms of use:
USAGE RULES
(i) You shall be authorized to use Products only for personal, noncommercial use.
(ii) You shall be authorized to use Products on five Apple-authorized devices at any time, except for Content Rentals (see below).
(iii) You shall be able to store Products from up to five different Accounts at a time on compatible devices, provided that each iPhone may sync ringtone Products with only a single Apple-authorized device at a time, and syncing an iPhone with a different Apple-authorized device will cause ringtone Products stored on that iPhone to be erased.
(iv) You shall be authorized to burn an audio playlist up to seven times.
Rule (iii) implies that you are allowed to store or allow someone to store music from up to 5 accounts on an approved device. The 5 accounts could be family or friends. The one restriction is that you could only take from or lend to 5 accounts (or really 4 + your own account). The other caveat the rules make is that you can only sync your iPhone ring tones with one account.
Yes it is illegal to supply music purchased from the iTunes store to anybody. The music is for your own personal use. As you agreed in the iTunes usage terms...
"You shall be authorized to use the Products only for personal, noncommercial use."
Personal means: of, affecting, or belonging to a particular person rather than to anyone else.
It isn't illegal to let someone borrow a cd, but if you copy it and give them the copy it is illegal
Technically, Yes, although this is illegal. They would have to give you their iTunes account, and when logged on, you could tell iTunes to re-download all purchased items. Again, this is possible but illegal. Do not do it.
If you are sharing with a non-family account holder then yes it is, but family-sharing is legal.
Not if it is purchased or if it is provided by a licensed site. Programs like iTunes allow you to pay for downloading your music... that is legal.
To transfer iPhone-purchased songs and books to iTunes and computer, i often use iMacsoft iPhone to PC Transfer, it can easily backup purchased songs, books and downloaded podcasts and iTunes U in an easy way.
Unfortunately, music for free on the internet most commonly comes in the form of illegal downloads. Music can be located and purchased cheaply on Amazon, iTunes, and other various web applications. Software such as LimeWire can also be purchased.
Itunes
download it from the itunes store and it will notify you that you have already purchased the game and that you dont have to pay for it
you can og into your itunes account from the other computer
no, it's like putting music from itunes on a ipod :)
You Can't, once you buy anything on iTunes you cannot sell it, therefor you can delete it.
yes it is on itunes on the COD black ops soundtrack. It can be purchased for 99 cents
Hacking itunes accounts or accessing them without written consent of the rightful owner is illegal
