Not an official uniform but you would be allowed to wear one one if it is from a costume shop etc- so long as you did not try to make any effort to convey the belief to anyone that you WERE an officer.
There are many reasons one might wear a police costume. If one purchases a police costume from a Halloween costume shop, one can easily and safely wear the costume. However, if one chooses to use a police costume to impersonate a real officer, that is illegal.
Violence is not an answer. Try filing a civil lawsuit or an internal affairs claim. Also, arrest without good cause is illegal and the officer can get fired or even imprisoned. Generally, if it sounds wrong or illegal, it is. Keep that in mind.
The police officer does not own the police car, the jurisdiction he works for owns it, and yes a uniformed officer can drive an unmarked vehicle.
Police's job is to stop the Illegal happenings in their country and if you are an illegal imigrant, (even if you havent happened) and if they found out, yes they would definetly arrest you!
Yes, you can You can even be arrested by the police
Yep, the police doesn't discriminate based on gender or religion and Muslim women often join the police force. The only issue I can think of is to do with the hijab etc "getting in the way" of uniform policy/safety regulations, but even then I doubt it's a deal-breaker.
Daily, even hourly.
Culprit might have an antonym like police officer or law enforcement officer or even lawyer or judge.
I don't know what or if there is a term regarding this but I do know that the minor doesn't have to answer any of the questions the police officer asks. You have the right to remain silent even if the police officer has authority. It's not a law that you must answer all questions the police officer asks you.
I don't think they can, even if they are law enforcements, it would be wrong for a Police officer to do that.
ofcourse it's illegal because jailbreaking is illegal and anyways even if u jailbreak it the police isn't gonna come after u for that
Once a properly trained working K9 indicates something illegal on you or your property, that is considered probable cause.
Well, technically they are officers. They preform the duties of police officers and fall under the career label of "police officer." HOWEVER They get very irritated if you refer to them as "officer." In fact, they will correct even attorneys or judges in open court if they are referred to as officer. The title is Trooper. Troopers will not accept being lumped into a general category of police officer. They are highly paid, highly trained professionals. Being called officer reminds them of the local PD making $10/hr, out of shape, food stains on his uniform, filthy patrol car, etc. Yes, it's all about their egos. If you get pulled over, even though you're trying to be polite and respectful, do not call one "officer." Trooper, Sir or Ma'am is just fine if you expect a warning.
